Experienced Silviculture Workers

Ladd's Forestry is after experienced silviculture workers for ongoing full-time work in the Taranaki area. Work includes:

Pruning Planting Release spraying Thinning / vegetation control

This is proper hard bush work — outdoors in all weather with daily production targets. Pay: Piece rate. Good workers who can maintain quality and hit tallies earn well above minimum wage. We top up to minimum wage if needed. We’re looking for:

People with real experience in pruning or planting (not just saying you have it) Fit, reliable, and drug-free Able to work hard consistently and meet daily tallies Own transport is a big advantage Safety conscious

We’re a small crew and expect people to pull their weight. No beginners and no bullshitters. Overseas / AEWV applicants: Only experienced silviculture workers will be considered. You must have verifiable experience in at least two of the following:

Pruning (high or low pruning) Planting Release spraying / vegetation management

You must be able to provide:

References from previous forestry or silviculture employers (not just mates) Details of what work you’ve actually done and how long you did it

We are an accredited employer, but we will only progress applications from people who can clearly prove they have the skills and experience.
