Gourmet Paprika, South Head is looking for dedicated seasonal staff to join our hardworking horticultural team. While the work is straightforward, it takes place in a fast-paced environment where attention to quality is essential.
We are seeking reliable individuals who can commit to flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays, and have their own transport to get to work each day.
What We’re Looking For:

- Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
About the Role:
As a Strawberry Glasshouse Supervisor, we are looking for an individual who is able to lead and manage our dedicated team in our 2.5-hectare hydroponic strawberry growing operation. An ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and high-quality production of strawberries, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and driving the team to meet weekly harvest and crop work targets. This role requires a strong understanding of health and safety, food handling standards, and team leadership, including the coordination of spraying activities and proactive communication with both the growing and post-production teams.
Eligibility: Applicants must have NZ residency, citizenship, or a valid NZ work visa.
