Seasonal Agricultural Machinery Operators- Harvest

Brownrigg Agriculture is a leading, large-scale Hawke’s Bay farming business based 20 minutes south of Hastings. We focus on growing quality produce for our local and global customers. Our operations are diverse - we grow, harvest, transport, pack and export a variety of crops including squash, onions and maize, and have a vibrant livestock business alongside.

We are looking for enthusiastic Tractor and Harvester Drivers to join our cropping operations team for the 2026 harvest with an immediate start through into April 2026.

The right people will:

• Have at least two years’ experience operating tractors and ag equipment preferably in cropping, but other types are welcome to apply.
• Have a current full Class 1 driver’s licence with a clean driving history.
• Have a strong work ethic with a practical approach to problem solving.
• Be mechanically minded.
• Show initiative.
• Prioritise their safety and that of their team members.
• Have the flexibility to work weekends and extended hours due to weather and crop requirements.
• Have reliable transport.
