One of our Revit Technicians is heading offshore so we’re looking for an experienced Revit Technician to join our established boutique Architectural Design practice in Devonport, Auckland. Leading By Design Ltd are a small team that specialise in Residential Renovations, limited New Housing and small Commercial Design work. We have an ever-growing work schedule so we’re looking for an experienced Intermediate level Architectural Technician that has to be fluent in REVIT. This is a Revit Draughting role, with some opportunity to use individual design flair. This role will include project planning, project resourcing, mentoring junior members as well as managing your own projects. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent Revit Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A high level of knowledge of the NZ building code and NZS3604
- Good listening skills and time management
- The ability to learn quickly with on the job training
- Rendering experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Proven experience in the design industry
- No problem with travel to the work location This will be a full time, salaried position.
