We are seeking a ArchiCAD Technician to join our small team, supporting the ongoing delivery of quality design services across our established client base. As a small, owner-operated practice, we offer a supportive and flexible working environment where your contribution will be recognised and valued. Join our team and enjoy a varied workload across a range of residential and small commercial projects, from new builds to complex alterations.
What we’re looking for:
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or similar
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD29
- High level of knowledge of NZS3604 & acceptable solutions
- Familiarity with the RMA and building consent processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in the design industry using the Archi Cad
You'll work closely with clients, consultants, stakeholders, and councils, applying your knowledge of construction methods and standards to produce detailed drawings and consent documentation.
