Job Title: Residential Revit Designer (Temporary Full-Time)

Location: Wellington, New Zealand (hybrid: combination of office-based and work-from-home)

With offices in New Zealand and Canada, we guide clients from concept and feasibility through detailed design, consenting, and construction delivery, creating innovative, sustainable, and client-focused spaces.

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Residential Revit Designer to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. This hybrid role offers flexibility with a mix of office and remote work. The successful candidate will produce high-quality residential design documentation using Revit, with the opportunity to progressively contribute to Canadian projects over time. There is also potential to pursue LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) design certification with our support. Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce consent-ready architectural drawings and documentation using Revit for residential projects Lodge building consent applications and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) from councils and stakeholders Collaborate with the team to ensure designs comply with relevant building codes and standards Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality

Required Skills and Experience

High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential) Experience using Lumion for rendering is desirable but not required Sound working knowledge of New Zealand building codes, including NZS 3604 and E2/AS1 Proven ability to produce consent-ready drawings with little supervision Demonstrated experience lodging building consents and effectively responding to RFIs Self-starter with strong ability to work autonomously and manage priorities Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail
