Automotive Diagnositc Technician
Join one of the most prestigious Dealerships in the automotive industry in a role thats focussed on quality instead of volume.
Our client is based in Central Auckland and offer a state-of-the-Art vehicle Dealership and Workshop, Specialist tools and diagnostic equipment.
The client forms part well-known NZ Automotive Group, that offers all the relevant certification pathways and career development beyond the tools.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining European vehicles to strict manufacturing specifications
- Diagnosing faults via VAS and AMDS
- Interpret complex technical data and resolve high performance suspension, engine and electronics
- Complete repair order records accurately in line with factory and warranty requirements
- Ensure workmanship is to a high level of standard, representing the brand's identity
You will work in a well-established team, collectively the knowledge and experience in this team is of great value to any new team member.
You will be led by a well-respected Service Manager that believes in personal development for his team and career growth beyond the tools.
Experienced required:
- Qualified Automotive Technician (NZQA Level 4 or equivalent)
- Experience working with high-end luxury vehicles such as Audi or Volkswagen.
- HV certification highly regarded
- Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude
- A full NZ driver's license
