About the company:
Stellar Recruitment is looking for a New Zealand based Automotive Technician to join our clients well performing Dealerships across Auckland.
The role will involve a 40-hour work week, representing a high-volume brand with consistent workflow in a well-established franchise workshop.
The company has a rich history in the New-Zealand market, with an excellent record in staff retention and leadership ability.
The ideal candidate will have a workshop / dealership background with a WOF being highly desirable.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Automotive Trade qualification
- Good communication and presentation
- Ability to work and diagnose Petrol and Diesel vehicles
- 4+ Years on then tools service, diagnosis and repair ability
- Full clean NZ Driver's License
You will be working within a Dealership that represents a strong brand within the market, with multiple locations around the country.
Career progression is developed internally, so local technicians looking for a step up in time will have firsthand exposure to opportunities within the wider group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.
- Perform effective engine and electrical diagnostics
- Ensure high-quality service and communication to Foreman and front desk service teams
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and relevant warranty processes
- Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and new model training
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the workshop.
