Are you a qualified Automotive Technician with COF A authority looking for a stable Monday to Friday role?
We are working with a leading automotive operation in East Tamaki seeking an experienced COF A Technician to join their busy workshop team.
This role offers a strong focus on Certificate of Fitness inspections across a fleet of light commercial and rental vehicles, while also providing variety through servicing, repairs, vehicle preparation, and compliance-related work.
You'll be joining a well-established business with modern facilities, ongoing training opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out COF A inspections on light commercial and rental vehicles
- Diagnosing and rectifying compliance-related faults
- General servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Vehicle safety inspections and compliance checks
- Maintaining accurate inspection and workshop documentation
- Ensuring all work meets NZTA compliance standards
About You
- Qualified Automotive Technician
- Current COF A authority is essential
- WOF authority advantageous but not essential
- Strong knowledge of NZTA compliance requirements
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Current clean driver's licence
