TYRE FITTER

Role: Tyre Technician ( Experienced ) Duration: Permanent Job Type: Full time Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (rostered Saturday work)

Our location : Albany, on the North Shore

We are a very busy fast paced shop that is looking for someone experienced with all aspects of tyre fitting who can work unsupervised and get on with the job. Wheel Alignment experience would also be an advantage, but not critical.

We want you to have:

• A valid New Zealand Drivers Licence.
• The ability to work in a automotive shop environment.
• A positive attitude that communicates well with customers and fellow staff.
• Experience identifying sales opportunities.
• Have a good knowledge of computers.
• Have pride in their workmanship.
• The ability to work under pressure
• Good tyre product knowledge
• An experienced work history with tyre fitment, wheel balancing and repairing tyres
• A good understanding of vehicle mechanics
• Attention to detail
