Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
• Strong diagnostic skills
• WoF ticket a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
• Keeps the hours sold high
• Leads with attitude, not ego - backs the team and the job
• Takes pride in getting it right the first time

What You’ll Be Doing

• Service, diagnose and repair a wide range of makes and models
• Take the lead on complex jobs and tricky diagnostics
• Support junior techs with guidance and hands-on help
• Work closely with the foreman and service advisers to keep workflow smooth
• Maintain clean, efficient bays and follow workshop systems
