Steve’s Tyre Service & Auto Care is a locally owned and operated family business based in central Palmerston North. The Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a range of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify potential issues
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Work in line with New Zealand industry standards and regulations
About You
- Qualified Automotive Technician (NZ or overseas qualification considered)
- Solid hands-on experience in automotive servicing and repairs
- Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused
- WOF certification an advantage (or willingness to obtain)
