Terrys Tyres is a privately owned and operated store in Taupo that focuses on passenger and 4x4 vehicles and requires a tyre fitter/wheel alignment technician star to join the team!
Due to growth and customer demand, I require a new staff member to join my team. Ideally I am seeking someone with previous experience, however full training will be provided. I need someone punctual with a positive can-do attitude and if you have a genuine interest in cars that wouldn't hurt either!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Stripping and fitting tyres
- Wheel balancing
- Puncture repairs
- Wheel alignments
- Customer service
- Ensuring the work area is kept tidy
The successful candidate needs the following:
- A positive and friendly attitude
- The ability to work in a team environment
- A good level of physical fitness
- The ability to show initiative and to be able to work unsupervised
- To be punctual and reliable
- Great customer service
- To take pride in their appearance
- A current and clean full driver’s license (must be able to drive auto and manual vehicles)
- NZ residency

The hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm
