Description
Cyclespot Wellington is on the lookout for an experienced, qualified Motorcycle Technician to join our fantastic team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a range of Motorcycles, Scooters, Side by sides, and Quads.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and safety checks on Motorcycles, Scooters, Side by sides, and Quads.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and prepare motorcycles for customer handover.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers on motorcycle care when needed. Candidate Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Motorcycle Mechanics or automotive engineering
- Proven experience as a motorcycle technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full motorcycle license is desirable but not essential.
- WOF inspection authority desirable but not essential.
