Experienced Mechanic Wanted – Lower Hutt
Kiwi Car Removals, a well-established and reputable Lower Hutt business, is seeking an experienced mechanic to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: -Preparing vehicles for sale, including inspections and servicing -Carrying out general mechanical repairs (engine, suspension, brakes, steering, cooling systems, etc.) -Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults -Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks -Test driving vehicles to ensure quality and roadworthiness -Assisting with workshop tasks and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Diagnosis and repair of automotive electrical issues
About You:
-Proven experience as a mechanic -Strong general mechanical knowledge -Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles -Auto electrical knowledge is an advantage -Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
