  • Inspect, service and repair plant, attachments and site equipment

Workshop Responsibilities

  • Follow and promote company H&S policies and procedures
  • Identify, stop and report unsafe practices
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times
  • Attend and contribute to H&S meetings
  • Comply with all site-specific safety requirements when attending breakdowns

What They’re Looking For

  • Full NZ Class 1 driver’s licence
  • Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel, Automotive Engineering, or strong equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, demanding work
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Confident using digital systems in a workshop environment
  • Positive, practical, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to support other areas of the business when required

This is a solid opportunity to join a growing civil business with a strong pipeline of work, modern fleet, and a team that values reliability, quality and getting the job done properly.

If you’re a capable Heavy Diesel Mechanic who takes pride in keeping machinery running and supporting crews on the ground, we’d love to hear from you so click apply and send through a current CV.
