We are an agent for UD Trucks and specialise in the servicing and maintenance of all models and makes of trucks. To meet the needs of our growing customer base, we are seeking a passionate professional to join our dynamic team in Wainui.

About the Role

• Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy diesel vehicles.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure fleet reliability and safety.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Relevant NZ trade qualification in Heavy Automotive Engineering (NZQF Level 4) and proven experience.
• Sound knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including the occasional mid-week late night or Saturday morning as required.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Current NZ driver’s licence (Class 4 or above preferred).
• Right to work in New Zealand.
