The Opportunity

An exciting employment opportunity awaits with CablePrice as an Equipment Service Supervisor in Greymouth, West Coast, NZ. This role offers not only the challenge of supporting a team within the civil and mining sector but also the chance to enjoy a way of life unique to the West Coast. You will assist technicians with technical support and problem-solving, while also handling quoting through Hitachi's Global E networks, invoicing, and building strong customer relationships. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

• Significant experience in the Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry
• Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a team
• Mechanical capability and technical skills; diagnosing faults and servicing Heavy Equipment
• Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high quality outcomes
• Exceptional customer service, organisational and communication skills
