About the opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic who is ready to take the next step in their career. This position involves leading a small team of Diesel Mechanics and overseeing maintenance, servicing, and repair work across a diverse fleet of buses.
The role requires providing hands-on guidance, technical support, and leadership to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

About you:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic
- You're a great communicator with high level customer service skills
- You have a positive attitude and ability to lead a team effectively
- Some administrative capabilities, including the ability to learn payroll and fleet maintenance systems.
