Key Job requirements:
- A qualification in management or proven 2 years of work experience on a similar position.
- Able to provide drug test report. *Must be able to work over weekends. Job Key Role Description: *Managing the customer data and creating new customer profiles. *Answering the customers' inquiries made over the phone or made online. *Dealing with the representatives regarding the selection or deselection of products. *Conducting the stocktakes and managing the stock level. *Dealing with the insurance companies in the claims process for customer car repairs. *Providing customers with information regarding the fault, estimated time, and cost for repairs *Understanding of E-Commerce sites for parts (Training will be provided). Placing orders for the parts and ensuring the correct parts are ordered (the company phone will be provided to communicate with customers and suppliers). *Completing job reports, distribution of jobs between the employees, and processing paperwork post-job completion. *Managing health and safety data sheets and induction of new employees.
