Description
We’re on the lookout for a Second-in-Charge (2IC) to join our high-performing team. If you’ve got the experience, leadership skills, and drive to keep things moving, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Opening and Closing of the store as required
- Sales both in person and over the phone
- Supporting day-to-day operations and assisting in managing workflow
- Fitting, balancing, repairing tyres
- Identifying and solving problems efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service and team support
- Collaborating closely with management and our skilled mechanical team
- Manage smooth and efficient workflow, give direction and advice to the team
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience, knowledge, and skills within the tyre industry
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude
- A reliable, honest work ethic and full NZ driver’s licence
- A problem solver who can think on their feet
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly in a busy, fast-changing environment
- Excellent English and communication skills
- The ability to take on responsibility, delegate tasks as required to ensure smooth day to day operations
