Branch / Operations Manager

Terapa Auto Electrical is a well-established and growing automotive electrical workshop in Hamilton. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, and a solid team culture. We are now looking for a capable Branch / Operations manager to lead daily workshop operations, drive performance and take us to the next level. The Role This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for: *Managing day to day workshop operations. *Overseeing workflow, Scheduling and job allocation *Bookings, quoting and invoicing, working toward industry benchmarks *Supporting and leading technicians *Customer communication, Quoting and approvals *Maintaining high standards of quality control *Driving profitability and team performance *Strive to meet industry benchmarks *Continuous improvement of systems and process

You will work closely with the business owner and have real influence over how the business runs. This is a sole charge position with the owner operating remotely, with planned monthly site visits.

What we are looking for: *Automotive or Auto electrical Industry experience *Previous leadership, foreman or workshop controller experience preferred. *Strong organisational and communication skills. *Good commercial awareness (GP, Labour recovery, efficiency) *Ability to lead from the front and hold standards. *Positive, solutions- focused attitude *Pro-active go getter to keep the jobs moving, finding solutions and not creating road blocks. *Regards team culture as a high priority in the work place, and supports the crew.
