Fabricator / Mechanic – Full Time

Location: Silverdale, Auckland Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator / Mechanic to join our busy team in Silverdale. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem solving, and being part of a well-equipped motorsport workshop, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Fabrication and preparation of motorsport and custom street car parts and components.
• Fabrication of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
• TIG welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
• Reading and working from drawings as required.
• Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Keeping a safe, tidy, and organized work environment.
• General workshop duties and assisting the team where needed.
• Potential involvement with our motorsport team at racing events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in fabrication, welding, and mechanical work in the motorsport or custom car industry preferred but not essential.
• Ability to TIG and MIG weld, including stainless steel and aluminium to a high standard.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and strong practical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full driver’s licence preferred.
