Role Overview: As a Yard Hand/Groomer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are presented in top-notch condition, ready to impress customers. This is an active and hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors.
What You’ll Do:
- Wash, groom, and detail vehicles to dealership standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised yard, ensuring vehicles are parked neatly and accessible.
- Assist with the movement of vehicles on-site and between locations.
- Conduct basic checks on vehicles (fuel, tyre pressure, cleanliness) before customer handovers.
- Support the sales team with vehicle preparation and general yard duties as required.
- Opening and closing our yards
- Fuel runs
- Customer Deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full, clean driver’s license (manual and automatic).
- Prior experience in vehicle grooming or a similar role is a plus but not essential.
