The Role
Light Vehicle Tyre Fitter
You'll be part of a skilled, high-performing crew handling tyre work across cars, vans, and 4WDs.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Inspecting, fitting, balancing, and repairing tyres on light vehicles
- Performing puncture repairs, wheel balancing, and tyre changeovers
- Using pneumatic and mechanical tools safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a tidy, professional workspace
- Working closely with a tight, supportive team focused on quality
Heavy Vehicle Tyre Fitter
You'll work with large-scale tyres across trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment in a modern, safety-driven environment.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Fitting, repairing, and maintaining heavy vehicle and OTR tyres
- Conducting pressure checks, rim assembly, and torque inspections
- Using hydraulic and pneumatic bead breakers, jacking systems, and torque tools
- Following all WHS standards and PPE requirements
- Delivering consistent, safe, and accurate work to support fleet operations
What We Need For Light Vehicle Tyre Fitters:
- Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (AUR21920) or equivalent
- 2+ years' hands-on tyre fitting experience with cars, vans, or 4WDs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-focused, and consistent on the job
For Heavy Vehicle Tyre Fitters:
- Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (AUR21920) or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience fitting tyres on trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment
- Skilled with hydraulic and pneumatic tools, rim assembly, and WHS compliance
- Safety-first mindset and willingness to commit long-term to Adelaide
