Automotive Dismantling / Mechanic

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Dismantler to join our dismantling team.

This is an on-the-tools role where you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently dismantling parts off vehicles, preparing parts for resale, and helping keep the yard and workshop running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Stock Controller and Parts team to make sure parts are processed to a high standard and ready for sale.

Key Responsibilities

*Dismantle European vehicles for parts safely and efficiently *Remove, check, and prepare parts for tagging and stock entry *Follow dismantling procedures to maximise part quality and efficiency *Assist with unloading vehicles and yard movement as required *Keep your work area, yard, and tools clean and organised *Follow health & safety procedures at all times

About You

We’re after someone practical, reliable, and happy working in a hands-on automotive environment.

You’ll bring:

*Mechanical experience (dismantling, ex-mechanic, or similar background preferred) *Good attention to detail and care with parts *Ability to work efficiently and follow processes *A positive attitude and team-first mindset *Fit and healthy to handle on feet and moving all day *Basic computer skills (or willingness to learn our systems) *A strong focus on safety and cleanliness *Forklift licence a plus, but can put you through training if not
