Vehicle Cleaner / Dealership Assistant

We're expanding, and we want a great new team member.

We're not like a normal franchise car dealerships. The owners are young, hands on, and motivated. Our goal is to build the best team possible, because we're in it for the long haul. We're interested in working with like minded people who enjoy coming to work in great environment. For us, the team is everything. This isn't something that we say lightly, we mean it, and our intention is to build long term relationships with our customers, and our team. As we continue to grow, there will be chances to learn more and advance your career.

The successful candidate will be a great fit, and have an awesome attitude.
This job is all about attitude, and will be an amazing intro into the car business for someone prepared to put in the work. All of the best industry leaders started in this role, including the two company owners.

The role is varied, and common general duties will include;

• New Vehicle Grooming
• Vehicle cleaning
• Machine Buffing
• Pick up and drop offs
• General vehicle movements
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the dealership

No two days are the same, and you'll learn some skills that you'll keep for a lifetime, and possibly see your next role in one of your colleagues roles.

Applicants must have a clean and current full drivers license, with the ability to drive both automatic's and manuals. And most importantly have a great attitude and willingness to learn. Your work ethic is what is most valued, the skills will grow over time.

We will provide the following to our new team member. initial and ongoing training

Uniform An exciting and varied work day. A brand new kitted out kitchen and smoko room, incl washer and dryer Regular work shouts and team lunches/bbq's
