Are you an experienced PANELBEATER with a track record of achieving targets and a passion for delivering high quality finishes? If so we may have an opportunity for you to join the team.
We are looking for a full time PANELBEATER to work on all types of vehicles in our newly built shop.
This position is based at our workshop in Hamilton. Work hours are between 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Overtime is also available. Pay is competitive and negotiable depending on skill and experience. A sign-on bonus can also be negotiated. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as spray painter & Prepping is required.
Responsibilities of the role include: Preparing and finishing a variety of vehicles to a high standard Using our body shop management system to document each job. Training will be provided. Keeping work areas clean, tidy and well organised and free from hazards Skills and experience required: A some experience as a Spray Painter would be preferred but not essential depending on skill Technical skills, knowledge and experience of the panel and paint industry. *Trade qualifications are preferred but not essential, depending on experience. Strong communication skills Well organized and an ability to multitask and manage a varied workload Excellent attention to detail Upbeat and friendly personality and good character is essential Valid, Colour matching.
Job Type: Permanent & ongoing Pay rate: $25-$30.00 per hour Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Weekend availability: Must be able to work on weekend , if required.
