Experienced Panel Beater - Papakura

Company: Crane Panel is a respected collision repair workshop with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, professional service, and a great team culture. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Panel Beater to join our team.

About the Role: You’ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality structural and panel repairs, working with a skilled team, and helping us deliver great results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural and panel repairs using mechanical and hydraulic straightening equipment
• Remove damaged panels, components, trim, and accessories
• Carry out welding, cutting, and fabrication as required
• Install repaired or replacement panels and refit body hardware
• Complete full disassembly and reassembly when needed
• Inspect work to ensure accuracy and a high-quality finish
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Communicate with estimators, technicians, and management
• Work well within a team and contribute to a positive workshop culture

Skills & Experience:

• Experienced automotive Panel Beater
• Strong technical skills in structural repair, welding, and panel replacement
• Good attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
• Full drivers license

Additional Requirements:

• Pass a drug and alcohol test
