Workshop Foreman

Here at Shepherd & Kime Ltd, we are looking for a workshop foreman to oversee the day to day operations of our busy workshop. Ensuring the efficient and timely completion of all repairs on vehicles. Managing daily production and monitoring repairs are completed to our high standard. You will be our frontline leader of a team of 8 technicians in our busy workshop, also mentoring and supervising our apprentice. Panel quote experience is a must, or is easy to pick up for most people, as well as a current welding certificate. I-car also required. You will have good communication and strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and management. Ideally you will be a fully qualified panel beater with plenty of experience as you will be required to be on the tools as well. Pay rate is negotiable.
