We are seeking a motivated Junior Parts Interpreter to join our busy Agricultural Dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the agricultural and machinery industry.
About the Role
As a Junior Parts Interpreter, you’ll work alongside our experienced parts team, assisting customers and technicians with identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts for agricultural machinery and equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
- Identifying parts using catalogues and computer systems
- Processing orders, invoices, and stock movements
- Maintaining accurate records and stock control
- Supporting the workshop and sales teams
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Interested in agriculture, machinery, or the mechanical trade
- Keen to learn and develop product knowledge
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using computers
- You must have a full clean NZ drivers' licence
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Previous experience in parts, retail, or agriculture is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
