Ebbett Rotorua represents VW, MG, KIA and BYD. This is the largest and most modern dealership in Rotorua. Our new facility represents the latest stage of growth for the Ebbett Group - one of New Zealand's largest automotive groups with 29 brands across 18 dealerships.

To drive this growth, we need an experienced and ambitious New / Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the development of our sales vehicle operation.

This role will be a great opportunity for an ambitious & experienced new / used vehicle manager to take the next step in their career. With a strong background in automotive sales management, you'll understand the importance of maximising sales and profitability, motivating a team, and will understand and display the skills and drive required to achieve the goals of the department and the dealership.

In this role, we are looking for and will be responsible for:

• Strong self-motivation and be goal driven
• Exceptional new / used vehicle sales experience and proven consistent sales results
• Clear ability to grow beyond a used vehicle niche to leading a general sales team
• Excellent numerical skills and DMS and lead management experience
• Demonstrable examples of developing and leading teams and processes
• A genuine drive to deliver excellence in customer experience
• A desire to contribute to a strong team culture and environment
• Manage and meet KPI's as required by manufacturers and Maximising profitability
• A clean, full driver's license
