Dealership Operations Assistant

DR MOTO is a busy and growing motorcycle dealership based in Tauranga representing leading brands including Suzuki, CFMOTO and GASGAS.

We are looking for an organised, reliable and motivated person to join our team in a varied front of house and dealership support role.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, administration, organisation and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities may include:

Answering phone calls and customer enquiries Greeting customers in store Workshop booking support Processing online orders and dispatch Parts and accessory sales support Updating customers on orders and service work General administration and dealership support Assisting with Xero reconciliation and invoice processing Shopify and online listing support Receiving and processing stock Assisting with showroom presentation and merchandising

The ideal applicant will:

Have strong communication skills Be organised and able to multitask Have good computer skills Be reliable and punctual Be willing to learn and take initiative Work well in a team environment

Experience with Xero or administration is preferred but not essential for the right applicant.

Motorcycle industry experience is helpful but not essential.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
