Description
EVs Enhanced is a Christchurch based company which specialises in upgrades, service and repair for electric vehicles. Starting with the development of our own products, we later opened a service centre in 2019. Since that time we’ve been gradually increasing our stock of both new and used parts to suit the most common models of EVs we work on. We’ve also developed relationships with a range of automotive workshops both within NZ and internationally who call on us when needing parts or advise.
We’re looking for a new staff member to help with the following:
- Handling customer enquiries - initially via email and later by phone and over the counter as your knowledge of our products grows. Training will be provided.
- Setting up new products on a new website and on auction sites and improving the clarity and accuracy of existing product listings
- Invoicing and processing orders
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Assisting with inventory management improvements including organisation, documentation and systems.
You’ll ideally have:
- An automotive background
- Website and/or auction site sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to learn and retain technical concepts
- Competency with common computer applications such as those used for email and invoicing
- Verbal and written communication skills to a professional standard
- An ability to work independently
- Good listening skills to fully understand customer requirements
- A desire to offer customers the best solution possible including in cases where additional research is required
