We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor who is a true customer service superstar. You'll be the go-to person for parts advice, ensuring our customers receive the right parts and the best service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers (internal and external) with parts inquiries and orders
• Provide expert advice on parts compatibility and availability
• Process orders efficiently using dealership systems
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle parts
• Exceptional customer service skills - you love going the extra mile
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems
