Intermediate - Senior Parts Person

We are a leading forklift and material handling company seeking an Intermediate or senior parts person to support our service department and clients. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in a growing company. We are looking ideally for someone with 2–4 years of experience in a parts or inventory role, ideally in the forklift, automotive, or heavy equipment industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely delivery of required parts Requirements
• Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Identify and source correct parts using manufacturer catalogues and software
• Maintain parts inventory levels and re-order stock as necessary
• Receive, label, and organise incoming parts shipments
• Process parts orders, returns, and assist with warranty claims
• Maintain a clean and organised parts area

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a parts or inventory role
• Strong knowledge of parts systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 20kg and work in a warehouse/parts room environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Valid full, NZ driver’s license
• Forklift license would also be an advantage
