Description
This is a varied admin role supporting two small automotive sales businesses, with a strong focus on accounts and organisation. You’ll be responsible for keeping financial records up to date in Xero, assisting with invoicing and reconciliations, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The role also includes general admin tasks such as data entry, managing emails, and occasional communication with suppliers or staff. You’ll work closely with the owner, helping to keep everything organised, on time, and running efficiently.
Experience with Xero is important, and familiarity with Motorcentral or Dext would be an advantage.
