Join our team at TWL in Palmerston North as a Parts Junior, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our leading truck and trailer brand while kickstarting your career in the transport industry!
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Building customer relations to make our Branch go-to supplier
- Managing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, web, and face-to-face at the counter
- Keeping product displays organized to enhance counter sales
- Checking off incoming goods and putting them away
- Supporting warehouse tasks as needed, including picking and packing orders, and checking in new stock

You will engage in a two-year MITO training programme that leads to a National Certificate in Automotive Parts & Accessories (Level 3), along with pay increases as you earn credits Upon completion, your title will change to Customer Service Rep.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Mechanical aptitude and a passion for the automotive industry
- A strong desire to learn and advance in your career
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Previous customer service experience
