This is a great opportunity to learn the parts business from the ground up while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and fast-paced environment. In this entry-level role, you will gain valuable product knowledge while providing professional and efficient service to both internal and external customers who require parts and accessories. What you’ll be doing: Parts & Warehouse Support Learn our range of parts and products and where they are sourced from. Load and unload parts deliveries from trucks. Assist with storing parts in an organised and accessible manner. Learn to complete paperwork and accurately enter data into our computer systems. Assist with rolling stock checks under the guidance of senior Parts staff. Maintain a clean and tidy stockroom. Learn to process parts sales transactions accurately. Assist with preparing orders to replenish stock and supplies. Deliver parts to customers when required. Customer Service Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers. Assist with customer enquiries and learn to answer automotive-related questions. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
