What you'll bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A natural ability to build and maintain relationships
• Reliability and punctuality
• Proven experience in a busy administration role
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and use initiative
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Automotive industry experience (preferred but not essential)

Key responsibilities:

• Front of house reception and customer interaction
• Supporting Service and Parts teams with administrative tasks
• Managing enquiries from internal and external customers
• General administration and coordination duties
• Assisting with health and safety compliance requirements
