About us We are a major player in the heavy trucking industry. Southpac are distributor and retailer for Paccar Brands Kenworth, DAF, and TRP. Southpac has had major growth across the four pillars of the business, Sales, Parts, Service and Support.
About the role This customer facing and focused role in our parts team is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, technicians, and our national branch & dealer networks, by assisting in identifying and purchasing to their needs. Ensuring procedures are followed whilst maintaining a clean and well stocked parts store is paramount in this role. This role is for you if you possess the following:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Superb Time / Self-Management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Are a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Are dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Forklift licence preferable but not essential.
Given the nature of the role it is important you are physically fit and have previous sales or customers service experience. Heavy vehicle industry experience is not essential however a basic understanding of automotive parts and accessories will benefit you in this role. So, does this sound like you?
