Due to continued growth, EPIC Recruitment are looking for a proven customer centric Parts Advisor for this international OEM in the Heavy Equipment market. Based out of one of their top performing branches– this person will be responsible for the delivery of a top-of-the-line customer service experience across parts, interfacing daily with service and workshops for this market leader. From leading by example as the conduit for all things parts related– you will be passionate in continuous improvement and be solutions focused on your approach to creating not just an experience in your space – but a lasting relationship that flows onto all other facets of this business. With a focused approach from the first interaction, full circle to aftermarket and service delivery – you will be part of a brand leading the way with your team by setting the benchmark for service above and beyond – making your mark as a “class above” the competition.

You will have:

• Proven tenure in the NZ Heavy Equipment, Transport or Material Handling Market as a Parts Advisor or Technician with a firm mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of the relationship between parts, service and sales and the how to get the best out of these interactions to benefit all parties.
• Ability to communicate both up and down and a relatable and approachable manner.
• Strong computer acumen with familiarity with ERP and CRM systems/ software.
• Ability to be based out of their Waikato based facilities.
