We have a rare opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our Lower Hutt Team!

Whether you are looking for your start in the industry or are an experienced parts consultant wanting a change we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

• Consistently using your energy, personality and our high standards to greet and liaise with customers, ensuring that all their needs are met and wherever possible exceeded
• Daily sales and activities of the Lower Hutt Parts department
• Liaising with the Service Department to organise parts needed for servicing and repairs
• Ordering parts required by customers and the Dealership in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and other documentation required for buy-in products

As our Parts Advisor, you'll be provided with in house and manufacturer lead training, experience in either automotive, retail or hospitality is beneficial.

We're wanting an individual who is keen to learn, delivers excellent customer service, can build meaningful relationships and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

In addition to this, we're also looking for:

• Computer systems savviness with the competency to use our online dealer management system
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone manner
• Current driver's licence.
• Saturday work is required, however we run a fair rotating roster.
