Client Manager – Mortgage Broking
We’re seeking an organised, customer-focused Client Manager to support our mortgage broking team and deliver an exceptional client experience from application through to settlement. This is a pivotal role working closely with advisers, lenders and clients to ensure loan applications are handled smoothly, compliantly and efficiently. About the role
As Client Manager, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the home loan journey
- Provide clear, timely updates and respond to client queries with professionalism and empathy
- Assist advisers with preparing, submitting and tracking loan applications
- Collect, verify and manage client documentation in line with lender and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, real estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals and settlements
- Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and broker platforms
- Support compliance checks, file maintenance and audit readiness
- Identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency

Skills & experience
- Background or qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field (preferred)
- Understanding of home loan products and lending processes
- Experience in mortgage broking, banking or financial services (advantageous but not essential)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desirable, not essential)
