As our new Life Insurance Adviser Support, you will join an established, very successful Loan & Insurance Market business in Papanui. This role can be full time or part time for the right applicant.

Working within a team of 10, you will help support our mortgage advisers who assist customers obtain mortgage finance and deal with a wide range of banks and lending institutions.

The role is varied and your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the management of daily tasks
• Managing CRM maintenance of client records
• Pre-screening documents
• Monitoring the Annual Reviews
• Packaging and processing all insurance applications
• All client, insurer, valuer, solicitor liaison from interview to settlement
• Ongoing client service and database management
• Post settlement and on-going client management programme
• Completing required insurance referrals
• Producing marketing material as required
