ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to the ongoing growth and success of this business, our client is now seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join their busy, small team! The primary focus of the role is taking inbound and outbound calls, providing quotes, and dealing with claims and customer queries.
Monday - Friday role with 1x Saturday shift per month (10am - 4pm).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Customer Support and claims experience
- 4+ years previous work experience in insurance - Motor insurance and/or Home & Contents
- Professional phone manner with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Inbound and outbound phone experience
- Confident phoning customers and directing the conversation
- Great attitude, bright personality and can use initiative
- Fast learner and savvy with computer systems
