Telemarketer – Work from Home | Uncapped Commission
Uncapped weekly commission + training provided We are an ambitious and successful team of financial advisers specialising in personal risk insurance, and we are looking for motivated telemarketers to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home role focused on making outbound calls to generate qualified leads and book appointments for licensed financial advisers. You will not be providing financial advice — this is strictly an appointment-setting role using approved scripts.
What we offer

- Fixed hourly rate for the first two weeks during training

The role
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for licensed financial advisers
- Follow approved scripts and compliance requirements
- Record call outcomes and customer information in our database
- Build and maintain a pipeline of booked appointments
- Meet daily call and booking targets
What we’re looking for
- Outbound telemarketing or call centre experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage your own time
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Excellent spoken-English - it is essential that you speak English clearly and correctly
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing scripts and campaigns
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Important to know
- This is a self-employed independent contractor role
- Hours are agreed but generally aligned with the best times to reach customers
- Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
