ARC Asbestos Removal & Demolition is a fast-growing, well-respected company delivering high-risk demolition and asbestos removal projects throughout New Zealand. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to be part of a business on the rise, with real opportunity to grow as we grow.

📍 Based in: Palmerston North (projects NZ-wide) 💰 Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year + vehicle, phone & laptop

The Role

Pricing and establishment of new pipelines of work - assist management in further growth

Price and scope jobs accurately (site visits, costings, margins)

prepare job packages, work with subcontractors and clients for cost management - ensure smooth flow of transition between phases of work

Manage programmes, budgets, variations, and profitability

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Assist project managers compliance with WorkSafe NZ and H&S requirements

About You

Proven experience in quantity surveying or sales

Preferable to have experience with WorkflowMax systems &data tracking apps

Confident dealing with clients, councils, and regulators

Organised, decisive, and capable of assisting multiple projects

Full NZ driver’s licence
