We're recruiting Civil Labourers and General Labourers for multiple roles across Auckland. If you're keen on hands‑on work with plenty of variety, enjoy being outdoors, and want to be part of crews delivering important projects across the region - we want to hear from you!

About the Roles

We have both Day and Night Shift opportunities available across Auckland, including:

• Road maintenance crews
• Civil construction and drainage support
• General labouring on active civil and infrastructure sites

Shift Options

• Day Shift: Standard daytime hours (varies by site)
• Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with civil and drainage tasks
• Supporting maintenance crews with repairs, tidy‑ups, and safety work
• Driving/operating Class 1 manual trucks
• Loading/unloading materials and site clean‑up
• Following instructions and maintaining strict safety practices

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Full NZ Class 1 Driver's Licence (manual confident)
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive labour tasks
• Able to work day shift, night shift, or both depending on the assignment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Able to pass a Pre‑Employment Drug & Alcohol Test
• MoJ criminal background check required (we can discuss if needed)
• Must have the right to work in New Zealand (No overseas applicants)
