The Role: Our Leading Hand Carpenters are our next generation of Site Managers. They work on the tools, leading by example in workmanship, quality, and productivity. They delegate tasks and mentor our carpentry teams. They run the labour on site and support the Site Managers with day to day operations including inductions, pre-starts, health and safety and QA. They assist with the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers and support site planning.
Experience needed:
*Trade qualified in carpentry
*Experience within industrial or commercial construction preferred
*The ability to read plans
*A strong commitment to health and safety best practice
*Communication skills that lead to efficient and effective team-work
